The Mercer Area Library offers free parking along the library wall and in designated library parking spots. Parking in the Boro Parking Lot has a $2.00 fee that is charged by the Mercer Borough and payable in the Mercer Borough Office. There is also free two-hour parking along North Pitt Street and free ten-minute parking on East Venango Street in front of the library and post office.
